I wrote a little while ago about Gamification in Software Development and how it relates to Agile.
Within that blog I said that I would get back to explaining Achievements more. And so here it is. Well, actually there it is.
When I originally started to write about Achievements and just how powerful they are in instrumental cultural change for Agile I realised that it wasn’t going to be short and wanted to promote it further. I asked Peter from Agile Scout if he was interested in publishing it and gratefully he said yes. Then as I wrote it I wanted for it to last longer in prosperity and consequently turned it into a whitepaper which you can download from the site.
And whilst we are on the topic of software and Gamification I recently found this thrilling TED talk (a few years old).
